Keeping 200 roses in foam looking good

1. Pour a little water onto the foam each day so it never dries out.
2. Leave the roses in the foam instead of moving them to a vase, so the design holds together.
3. Stand the bouquet in a cool room, clear of sunny windows, heaters, draughts and ripening fruit.
4. Pull off any petal that turns brown so the rest of the bouquet stays neat.
