1. Give the heart box a cool home, out of direct sunlight and clear of heaters and draughts.
2. Leave the roses in the box; they are arranged to stay there.
3. Where the roses sit in floral foam, a small splash of water on the foam now and then is enough.
4. Store the Ferrero Rocher away from warmth so it does not melt.
